As someone who struggles with anemia, I’m always looking for ways to increase my energy and maintain my iron levels. I read that sea moss could help aid my body in regenerating and rebuilding cells, which could result in giving me more energy and that it’s also a superfood that contains 92 of the 102 minerals my body needs! That alone had me intrigued but it was the fact that it is also rich in iodine and natural sea-cell- salts, which meant it was beneficial for my iron-deficiency anemia and balancing out my metabolism, with this information I was sold. As I set out for different ways to incorporate It into my diet, I found that the sea moss gel was better suited for my consumption. After trying a variety of gels on the market I was surprised I couldn’t find a tastier option that had more of a pleasing aromatic formulation. It was then that I decided I would make my own delicious palate pleasing sea moss gels that not only taste and smell delightful but would also include organic ingredients that add to the health benefits of sea moss.
